Accessibility statement
What we have done so that Consee works for everyone, what is not perfect yet, and how to reach us.
Last updated:
1. Our commitment
We see accessibility as part of the quality of the service. Consee is used by consultants, their teams and their clients, and we want every one of them — including people with disabilities — to be able to use it independently, equally and with dignity.
2. Conformance level
The website and the app partially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
"Partially" means most screens were built to the guidelines, but some components may not fully meet them yet. They are listed in section 5, and we keep improving.
3. What we have done
- The page language and reading direction are declared, so screen readers read the content correctly.
- Everything can be reached with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Content pages have a "Skip to content" link.
- Headings, lists, forms and buttons use standard HTML elements with labels screen readers recognise.
- Text sizes are relative, so browser zoom (Ctrl and +) enlarges all content.
- The site respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
- There is a dark view for people who find it easier to read on a dark background.
5. Known limitations
These are the parts we know are not fully accessible:
- Meeting transcripts and summaries are generated automatically and can contain errors. The original recording is kept alongside them.
- Some charts and indicators on the dashboard distinguish data by colour alone.
- The illustrations on the home page are decorative product illustrations, not meant to be read.
- The Sign in with Google button is provided by Google, which is responsible for its accessibility.
- Files users upload (documents, recordings) are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee they are accessible.
If you run into a difficulty that is not listed here, please tell us.
6. Contacting us about accessibility
